The Andrew Budraitis Foundation will award two scholarships annually to recipients meeting the below criteria and attending a college in the Greater Lehigh Valley Area.
Lehigh Valley Veterans Scholarship
A $5000 scholarship will be annually awarded to one veteran who plans to attend a two or four-year post-secondary institution in the Lehigh Valley
The following criteria will be used to select the recipient:
- Student served in the active military, naval or air service and was discharged with an Honorable Discharge or General Discharge Under Honorable Conditions;
- Priority given to applicants who demonstrate financial need;
- Foundation reserves the right to select recipients in a field of study which can positively impact others or the community.
Lehigh Valley High School Graduate Scholarship
A $5000 scholarship will be annually awarded to one high school senior graduating from a school within the Lehigh Valley, or any individual who has already graduated from a school within the Lehigh Valley, who plans to attend a two or four-year post-secondary institution.
The following criteria will be used to select the recipient:
- Student intends to major in or study a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) field
- Priority given to applicants who demonstrate financial need
